These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by JMM Comunicacions SL, with registered office at Avinguda del Fener 11, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Principality of Andorra, operating under the commercial brand IVOISS. These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra.

By accessing and using IVOISS services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the website and services.
Service Description
IVOISS provides VoIP telecommunications services including SIP trunking, cloud PBX, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, call center solutions, AI-powered workflow automation, and 3CX unified communications deployment. Service specifications and features may vary according to the specific plan or agreement.
Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our core services. In the event of service interruption, we will work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible and provide appropriate service credits as outlined in the specific SLA applicable to your service agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension after appropriate notice. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the Principality of Andorra and the jurisdiction from which you access the services. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: spam and unsolicited communications, illegal activities, network abuse, and any activity that degrades service quality for other users.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JMM Comunicacions SL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The IVOISS brand and logo are registered trademarks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Data Protection

Limitation of Liability
JMM Comunicacions SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Andorran law.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in case of breach of these terms or applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Principality of Andorra.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified with at least 30 days advance notice.
